Meditation literally means going to the 'middle' or 'center'. I can not tell you where your 'inside' is at. The answer
could be everywhere or nowhere. Or in the heart, mind, belly or breath. It could be in the opening & closing of all
of life's movements. The question 'when am I going to my center' is relatively easy to answer. Defenitaly not when
my mind and senses are captured by every possible stimulus coming from the outside world.
If we become 'empty' of thought, emotion & direct our senses inside, the meditative proces becomes less troublesome,
and the feeling it produces, more tangible. When we become empty of thoughts, emotions, expectations & anticipations,
we become full of something else, which is known as the feeling of 'Bliss ' .When we experience true Bliss, we can
also experience healing. The feeling of grattitude (side-effect) is then hightening the feeling of Bliss even more.
It could be important to know the difference between something which is called the self (connector) and
something which is called the ego (seperator). And to 'become the observer' who sees both.
Like the saying below. 'Serenity' is the 'connector' . 'Courage' is the 'seperator' . 'Wisdom' is the 'observer'.
Every practice which focusses on this process can be called meditation. In the strict meaning of the word,
meditation means to enter the 'Great Stillness' , for which the use of music is questionable. For other 'meditations'
f.i. guided visualisation or meditative movements, Entirety's meditative music can help you to become still.
